THE MBP SUMMER SESSION IS HERE!

We’ve all spent too much time training to crush our outdoor projects to let it slip now. So we’ve got you covered to keep in tip-top shape while the sun is shining.

Here’s what we’re doing all summer:

BOULDERING CIRCUIT SESSIONS:

Climbing circuits at the gym is a prime way to stay fit, and also hone your skills on the wall. Progression. Strength. Endurance. Performance.

And we want to help you train on circuits, so we are hosting daily sessions all summer. Meet-up with friends or come solo — we’ll have MBP staff on the pads to lead you on an optimal session.

WE ALL LIKE A LITTLE REWARD:

The big prize is achieving the objective. That feeling can’t be beat. But a little added bonus helps us keep the motivation high.

So members who attend three or more Circuit Sessions per month through the summer will get a free limited edition MBP Circuit Session Tee.

And summer’s for fun, so we’ll be announcing some other fun prizes for everyone throughout the summer.

HERE ARE THE DETAILS:

We’ll meet-up in the lobby and head to the fitness space for a 15 minute warm-up. (Don’t underestimate the impact a good warm-up has on your climbing ability). Then we’ll break into small groups and climb. We’ll mix up the training tactics — and adjust based on ability — to keep the sessions fresh all summer.

Circuit Sessions will happen —

Mon: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Tue: 12:30pm-2:00pm

Wed: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Thu: 12:30pm-2:00pm

Fri: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Sat: 9:00am – 10:30am

Sun: 9:00am – 10:30am

Free for members, and included with a day-pass.
