BOULDERING PROJECT CIRCUIT SESSIONS
AN 8-WEEK SERIES
Climbing bouldering circuits at the gym is a prime way to stay fit, and hone your skills on the wall. Progression. Strength. Endurance. Performance. And we want to help you train on circuits, so we are hosting bouldering circuit sessions all summer. Meet-up with friends or come solo — we’ll have MBP staff on the pads to lead you on an optimal session.
Each session will feature a bouldering circuit that will challenge a unique aspect of your climbing including endurance, power, mental fortitude, and technique.
The sessions will be scalable to your skill level. Whether you are climbing yellows or projecting whites, you will be able to participate and see growth.
This is an open series; sign up for as many sessions as you wish, and no need to have participated in prior sessions.
